A conversation starts when a customer sends their first message and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Follow-up messages within the same session are part of one conversation.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We don't cut off your customers. Overage conversations are billed at a per-conversation rate, and we'll alert you when you approach the limit so you can upgrade proactively.
Is there a long-term contract?
Growth is month-to-month. Enterprise is typically annual with a volume discount. The free pilot has no commitment.
